Trinity Grammar School is an elite boys’ school based in Sydney. In 2020, Trinity’s Marketing and Communications team brought Weekday on board to support the creation of ‘Trinity News’, their bi-annual publication distributed to both current and prospective students and parents, as well as Alumni.
While providing copywriting and proofreading support for Trinity News, Weekday also helped to create a cohesive Tone of Voice and Style Guide to help the team and staff who contribute content for the School to stay consistent and on brand at all times.
In 2021, Weekday continued to support the team on Trinity News and other ad-hoc copy needs, while also aiding the transition to a new website for Trinity. This included liaising with various faculties and staff to ensure each page of the website was populated appropriately. The website launched in November 2021 and Weekday provides ongoing support as more faculties look to update or create pages on the website.
2022 saw Weekday increasing support to Trinity again, offering project management for select Alumni communications, including regular newsletters to the Alumni community and management of content on Trinity’s new Alumni community platform. Weekday also helped to create a strategy to increase engagement on LinkedIn, adding value to prospective employees. As a part of this strategy, Weekday researches and writes regular pieces about the achievements of current staff and the opportunities available at Trinity. Ad-hoc copy and proofing is still required regularly, and support in the creation of Trinity News increases year on year.
In October of the same year, Weekday stepped in to cover maternity leave for Trinity’s Senior Designer.
Weekday continues to support Trinity through copywriting across Alumni and Development departments as well as strengthening the LinkedIn campaign and supporting the publication of Trinity News through interviewing, copywriting, and proofreading.
